Members get access to tailored volunteer matching (based on industry, skills, and commitment), monthly socials, training courses, and webinars to help fill in any knowledge gaps you might be feeling as a founder.

For folks who are keen to help our founders build, we’d love to have you join as a volunteer! Everyone is welcome to join our monthly socials, any training, and of course tailored matching to find a startup right for you.

Be part of a community that truly gets it because they’re building something too. Members get exclusive access to member-only events, like private dinners, content days, quarterly strategy and socials.

GTM Sprints is an 8-week onboarding program that teaches the fundamentals of revenue generation and growth. This program teaches participants how to establish a go-to-market strategy, find customers, conduct sales calls, and close deals with confidence.
This training is designed to be an iterative program (e.g. you can always test new commercial hypotheses and improve your CRM) - it's not uncommon for members to repeat the program a few times a year, or act as a boost when you feel lost or overwhelmed.

We host small semi-private Office Hours alongside our trusted and values-aligned partners to help you navigate the reality of starting, growing and scaling a climate business.
Participants must register 24 hours in advance with their questions for our partners submitted at registration.
Office Hours are hosted up to 4 sessions per week.

All members of the Climate Founder Club have access to our network of professional volunteers looking to contribute their skills to a climate solution, outside of their day job.
All volunteers must apply to the matching program, where they must disclose their experience, industry connections, and commitment desires prior to matching.
We match founders and volunteers who with each other based on industry, skills, and needs. We introduce members to volunteers keen and excited to donate their time and expertise to a budding climate solution.

Work with other Climate Founders in our partner co-working space, and get access to your regional WhatsApp Club to connect with other founders.
Climate Founder Club members can add co-working to their base membership tier.

We have a partnership with University of Toronto Mississauga to train Masters students in our flagship GTM Sprints program - where they’re matched with a startup founder and do the course material to develop some new ideas for the startup’s GTM strategy.
