What you get
in the Club

  • GTM Sprints is an 8-week onboarding program that teaches the fundamentals of revenue generation and growth. This program teaches participants how to establish a go-to-market strategy, find customers, conduct sales calls, and close deals with confidence.

    This program consists of eight weeks of training and exercises to teach founders our framework to find your best customers. Weekly topics are designed for founders like you working on small business traction and eventually sales at a values-based company. While you’re with us we introduce simple frameworks, and offer templates to fast-track your progress, assuming that you’re a one-person show (or have a very small and busy cast).

    GTM Sprints is designed to be an iterative program (e.g. you can always test new commercial hypotheses and improve your CRM) - it's not uncommon for members to repeat the program a few times a year, or act as a boost when you feel lost or overwhelmed.
