Details

The key teachings from Impact Zero’s Accelerator, now baked into this 8-week program, can be summarized into 3 areas:

  • Problem Validation: Define a problem that you want to solve and take that hypothesis to market to make sure that customers really do want to solve the problem you’re passionate about.

  • Founder-Led Sales: Your interviews with potential customers will naturally turn into sales conversations. For 6 weeks, we train you on how to navigate those conversations to validate their pain points and turn that conversation into a sale!

  • Evaluate & Plan: Review your latest experiments to find room for improvement and build your strategy for the next sprint.

Live Weekly Support

Weekly meetings will start with 60 mins of prospecting and reach-outs, then the second half includes 20 mins of training, then we’ll take 40 mins to practice the skill live together and have a discussion about what’s working and what’s not.

We look for founders who are working on a climate-related or purpose-first business, even if you haven’t “launched” anything yet. Our program works best for folks who are earlier and have generated less than $100,000 per year in revenue.

I created this program after completing Impact Zero’s 3rd accelerator cohort to increase access and reach more purpose-based founders struggling to find sustainable revenue.

As the former Head of Commercial at a high-growth VC-backed startup, I was the main sales person and led 2 other team members to achieve 4x revenue in 12 months - hitting $500K revenue in that timeframe.

Sharing this valuable knowledge is important to me because it can transform a business. I’ve designed this format to be the highest value training model for purpose-driven founders who are chronically underserved and typically forced into paying thousands for this type of training.
