GTM Office Hours & Events

We help founders continue to test their sales hypothesis in the market by offering GTM Office Hours multiple times per week to all Climate Founder Club members. In these office hours we address questions members have submitted about their GTM Strategy and Sales Operations, ask for introductions and support, and have thoughtful discussions about their sales strategy.

Growth+ members also have access to our Toronto co-working office (coming 2026!) where we support each other, and we match founders to students who have completed GTM Sprints and are looking for a foot in the door to the climate startup world.

Erin Andrews
Founder & Executive Director

I created this program after working with over 65 climate startup founders over the last 6 years. Many struggled with GTM, so we decided to focus on teaching new founders how to reach more customers and achieve the only thing that matters (yes, even before raising money from investors) - revenue.

Having led sales at small consulting firms, for Impact Zeros own operations, and as the former Head of Commercial at a high-growth VC-backed startup, I specialize in finding early market traction to prove demand for a new idea.

As the main sales person at a VC-backed climate startup without product-market-fit I established and led them to achieve 4x revenue in 12 months - hitting $500K revenue in that timeframe which set the team up for success (they’re still growing!).

Sharing this valuable knowledge is important to me because it can take a climate solution from pipe dream to operational. I’m even more excited to offer this training for free to purpose-driven founders who are chronically underserved and typically forced into paying thousands for this type of training.
